Generates a docx file containing a dossier on a user.
Due to our limitations, the dossier file will be generated in the Russian language, even if the chat is in English.

File Contents
The file contains the following data: - User's first name, ID, and username. - The chat for which the dossier is generated. - Date the user joined the chat. - The user's current status. - The number of messages sent by the user. - Detailed information about the user's violations, including media files.
