Commands designed for moderating chats and maintaining order within them.

/announce — Sends a message on behalf of the bot.

/ban — Ban a user.

/dban — Ban a user and delete the message.

/delete — Deletes the message replied to.

/dmute — Mute a user and delete the message.

/dwarn — Issue a warning to a user and delete the message.

/dossier — Generate a dossier file for a user.

/fulluser — Get complete information about a user.

/mass — Initiate a mass action on users.

/raidmode — Enable/disable Raid Mode.
